OC1935 accepts returns and exchanges on purchases made from the online store within 30 days, except for custom items.
Exchanges or returns of customized items will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the characteristics requested by the customer.
To exchange or return an item, the product must present the original purchase conditions and be accompanied by the respective receipt or sales receipt.
If the exchange or return is made via CTT or carrier, shipping and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the exchange or return is motivated by a manufacturing defect, after receipt and verification of the item, OC1935 assumes the shipping costs and returns the amount (purchase + postage) using the same payment method as the purchase was made.
To exchange or return, place the item in the original packaging without any traces of usage. Please pack the item well so that it is not damaged during shipment.
