Certification

According to RJOC, all items sold on this site have a description of the materials used (precious metal, color, stones, other materials), weight, etc. All products with precious metals are legally certified by the Contrastaria (contrastaria.pt) of the INCM - Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda.

All pieces are certified by the Contrastarias that gives this guarantee by verifying the legality of the precious metal (percentage of precious metal contained in a metal alloy) and concomitant application of the contrast (mark) with the manufacturer's liability mark or equivalent.

The mark of contrast is only mandatory on pieces weighing more than 2 grams or 0.5 grams, respectively for silver or gold pieces.

All legal marks can be verified in the table of Marcas de Contrastaria Portuguesas.

In case of doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, the buyer can use the services of the Contrastaria for the purpose of verifying the authenticity of the material.
